Your satisfaction with our products is paramount to us. If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 7 days of receipt in its new condition and original packaging. However please note that we don’t do refunds for courier options that have been paid

For returns to be valid

  • Items purchased must be unused, with no marking
  • Must include original packaging, accessories, boxes, instructions, etc.
  • Product must be sent back to Paclin Office Products within 7 days of receipt (14 days for international customers). All additional shipping fees must be paid by the customers.
  • Please contact us with any pre-sales questions

For defective items

  • Defective product: If you have received a product that is defective out of the packaging, please contact us to arrange for a return material authorization (RMA). We will do our best to replace the product as soon as reasonably possible

We are unable to accept the return of the following items:

  • Used printers and software
  • Opened media such as cards, ribbons and/or cleaning kits
  • Special order items
  • Customer-printed or custom programmed products, not limited to custom cards, custom lanyards, custom badge reels, etc.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation of orders before it is fulfilled will result in a 5% processing fee deducted from the refund account

Paclin Office Products retains the right to decline returns if above requirements are not met.
